Scientologists Versus Any Other Religion
5 Answers
Obviously Scientologists are all as mad as a box of frogs for believing all the rubbish that their 'religion' teaches them (I mean, Thetans, purlease, bunch of idiots), a religion that was dreamt up only half a century ago by a Sci-Fi writer.
But
Are their wacko beliefs really any less believable than an invisible being in the sky who listens to all of our thoughts and sent his son down to earth to get nailed to a piece of wood to teach us all a lesson?

All religions are equally 'wacko'. If we could prevent children from being subjected to them, they'd soon die out. (No rational adult would have any time for religion if the notion wasn't presented to him until adulthood).
I hate it when deists suggest that I should respect their particular religion. I might (grudgingly) respect their right to believe in a load of total b0llocks but I see no reason why I should have any respect for the load of b0llocks, per se.
