My 6 year old son came home from school today totally loved up. A new girl started at school on Friday and he said on Friday that she fancied him as he is very handsome, now they are a couple - she has moved straight into the No. 1 super bestest friend slot.

After asking if she was a nice girl and good at her work, I asked him what she looked like and he said that she has white hair and her face is adorable. How cute is that?

When I was six all I was interested in was dolls and skipping!

I saw his mum today - they live in my next door neighbours old house which is just round the corner, but I have never seen the little girl - she stayed at her old school for a while. I think that I am going to be a nightmare Mother-in-law, 'cos I am sure that no girls will be good enough for my beautiful boys!

lol annie, my 4 year old has had a girlfriend since he started in the nursery at school. They hug and say "i love you" mind you, its all gone a bit sour just lately, lots of pushing and shouting at each other! Im begining to think they got maried!!!! ;-) bless em!!!! lol

lol Julie - I am kind of thinking that it will all be over by valentines day myself. He went to school this morning with a spring in his step. I cant wait to see what his definition of adorable is though. Both my son's seem to have a thing for blondes - as I am dark haired, at least I know that they are looking for a mother substitute. My elder son likes large chested women as well, so that's me counted out again!

My elder son (when he was about 3) was snuggled into a friends ample bosum with a huge grin on his face and her husband was shouting "get him out of there - he looks too happy".
