fraudently changing a will
what crime{s} has been committed if someone has said that you are an executor of a will, with out telling you, and then they claim that you gave them power of attorney, then they go to court, {because the rest of the family think they have changed the details of the will in their favour, } they dont tell you that you are supposed to be in court, because they dont want you to find out that they have given themselves power of attorney, and then they keep all the money, approx 500,000. who do you report it too? the police? the court? the solicitors of the will?

(If necessary, the Registry can involve the police or other relevant authorities).
