Perfectly legal.

However, check your deeds (or registered title) as there may be a covenant preventing this practice.
Surely acting as a fence is illegal in itself. Don`t you want the stolen goods being delivered to your house?
There is no legal requirement to have ANY fence. However, there are other rules to consider and parking the caravan could - in theory - maybe fall foul of these.
for a start it will be over 6 feet tall which (in scotland anyway) is illegal as any boundary which is taller than 6 feet can be contested.
