Does anyone remember an 90's kids show about an old lady (a witch) i think and a little boy and at the end they go skipping down a lane together to some awesome theme tune i can't remember the name??

I am sooo happy too... i can see it now... the crazy old witch with her crazy hair, and she kept doing things that simon had to hide from his family and friends... they had a printing or typing shop or something..... ahh the old days...

Now do you you remember puddle lane(??) where they had the magic pond or basin or something which they used to swish their fingers around it... lots of plastic animals and magical creatures, with one human in it who was the magician....
