Can you become a legal gaurdian for a Sibling? If so is there an age restriction? If the sibling has Cerebral Palsy does this effect it?

Yes a sibling can become a legal guardian.

Don't quote me on this but I imagine it is 18.

I see no difference what disability the child has. If anything, if the child and the sibling already have a bonding, then this is advantageous surely?
