Evening all , ooo, that sounded like Dixon of Dock Green.
Well anyway , to continue....my garden ....no comments lads ....was so overgrown with weeds and long grass and twigs that my dog was getting lost in the bottom corner near the gate. Today it was cleared out into many garden refuse bags and I was completely amazed at what was beneath the undergrowth. To name a few that kindly neighbours had dumped ...an old broken tv , a computer monitor , huge one , and a whole hi - fi system.
What is at the bottom of yours and do you have a gardener or keep it tidy yourself ? xxxxxxx

Hi bigmamma, how are you?
I had to smile at the thought of your dog getting lost in the undergrowth - she's not a small dog is she?
I hate gardening with a vengeance. I have a big garden and I keep the bits in the middle tidy and keep the bits round the edges as a wildlife area (well, that's my excuse!). I have always promised myself that if I ever have any extra money (fat chance) I will get someone in to clear it. It would be like an expedition into uncharted territory though - I hate to think what may be hidden down there.
hi mamma, we moved into our house in july 07, and the people that lived here prior never put any rubbish out for the dustmen, they threw it in the garden!

the council removed a lot of it but even now I am digging up mops, toys, clothes, bricks, plates... Im half expecting to find a body!!!

I am saving up to get some gardening work done as it isnt safe for the kids yet and there are 6 trees that need removing!
NICE neighbours,mamma!!!.....I haven't got a garden. Just as well...I would be competing in the donated rubbish stakes-lol
cazzzz!! .......how can you REMOVE trees!!......I would sell my soul for a garden with lots of trees. Heaven!
Hell Mamma, why didn't you shout for help? All the time wasted on here could have been put to good use for once. lol
Now that your garden is nice and clean I can imagine how inspired you are with different ideas on what to do with it.

I've been referred to as the farmer in the house. I grow lots of things inside, and in pots on my window sills. Amazingly the plants never lack sunlight or anything. xx
sorry, hell suppose to be 'Hello'.
well there is a woman whos house faces the fence of my garden and she has had to have the lights on all day every day since she moved in 8 years ago because the trees block her light.

I was in a good mood and we managed to trim them right back so she can get some light in, Im saving to have it all removed though

Hi knobby , didn't find Boris , though I was half expecting to find Atinborough and Wildlife film crew .
Hello bensmum , cazzz , and pasta , I used to have 2 trees until having to get the surgeons to chop them down due to numerous complaints from a neighbour when my leaves dropped in her garden. I did have a gardener to do my garden last year but he never came back so I think the sheer amount of weeds scared him off :-) xxxxxx

Hi figure , if I had my way I would have it paved with just a small lawn :-) xxxxx
I hate gardening, I can just about manage a few tubs, luckily we only have a paved patio. I am surrounded by fields and the farmer people keep their sheep in them. Sometimes the sheep escape and kindly come and eat my bizzy lizzies.
