Please help me as this has been bugging me for a while who is the artist and what is the title of the fast paced jazz music music used a year ago to advertise radio 1's late night jazz slot where the dj threw away his records?a snippet was also played on this week's perfect match (the one with Ben). Sounds something like 'Got to get it together....'???

It is Rose Rouge by a French outfit called St Germain and can be found on the very good Tourist album. The programme you are talking about is Worldwide with Gilles Peterson and he not only plays jazz but a wide range of musical styles mostly rooted in dance music. If you liked the ad give the show a try 12 - 2 on Wednesday night/ Thursday morning or listen through the radio 1 website.
