am i just lucky, but the problems i was experiencing recently, with ~AB seeming to freeze when i tried to back out of a question seem to have cleared up and its working ok. anyone know what it was?

Could be one of two things mandi - either the AB server getting a tad busy cos one of the usual suspects has posted a race-hate rant, or it could be the connectivity at your end. The line you are getting is 'an average of' whatever your provider said you would get in the adverts (read the small print if in doubt), and it could just be that locally there was big demand.

You ARE lucky, Mandimoo2! I am still experiencing the same problem( see my question below) and my patience is wearing thin. I can see me throwing in the towel soon and parting company with AB!
