has anyone out there had probs with bbcs i-player?? i've done everything its told me to do but i still can download or watch and play. button to play or download just aint showing up! any ideas?

The BBC one is fine wookette, but on my computer it's the ITV player that causes crashes, so there are many problems still to be ironed out with both players.
