unreasonable request?
4 Answers
Both a friend and i have recently agreed to rent a house from a friend of a friend, its a lovely house so we had no hesitation in agreeing to be tenants. However we recently viewed the property in depth to size up rooms etc and noticed that in the bathroom there is no shower,- which dosent create a problem however the taps that are in the bath are designer square ones so no shower adaptors fit, this applies to the wash basin in both the kitchen and bathroom. Both of us have thick long hair and unless we revert to using a jug of water we're not going to be able to wash our hair! (only women will understand the importance of this)is it unreasonable of me to ask our landlord if he can do something about this, re put some normal taps in ( i dont mind paying) i just dont want to appear rude or cheeky by asking him. What do you think?
