'Sieth' is also an old spelling of 'scythe', so 'sheepwash' is possible, though there seems to be an extra 's' in the anagram! Otherwise, the two letters 'h' stand for 'hands' interspersed with 'pass ewes'!
I should perhaps have added above that using 'sieth' and 'sheepwash' makes everything else in that corner hang together.
