Fed up with my skin
6 Answers
Can anyone help me please. Im 28 and suffer from spots under my skin, there small and many, however i dont suffer from oily skin and all the antibacterial products are too harsh, as my skin is also sensitive.
I am looking for a cream that wont give me spots or clog up my pores, but at the same time provide my skin some vitamins, like vitamin E or something, and is not anti shine as my skin can feel tight. Im really stressed about it. Can anyone help?
xx

This means cleansing twice, with a creamy milk cleanser (any make will do) removing the cleanser with cotton wool pads and then washing your face with a facial wash for sesnitive skin. After rinsing, use a mild toner (sensitive skin)...In the morning, just wash and rinse well with facial wash.
The next important step is moisturising with a suitable lotion. Try Dermalogica - Active Moisturiser. It's quite pricey but is really moisturising without leaving a greasy film. I would also suggest an eye cream for over 25's.
You can by Dermalogica in Beauty Salons...You'll need to Google it for the head office number. You can also get good deals from EBay.
It's a fantastic moisturiser and will not overburden your pores.

Liz Earle products are really good! I started using the Cleanse & Polish Cream Cleanser about 8 months ago and the improvement in my skin is amazing! I also suffer from sensitive skin and none of her products (i use cleanser, toner, moisturiser, exfoliator, shower gel, face masks - I dont work for her, honest!!) have ever irritated me. And I know its a cliche, but try and increase the amount of water you drink! Try not to get stressed either - easier said than done but I know when Im stressed my skin really suffers.
Starflower oil, evening primrose and aloe vera tablets are all supposed to help your skin aswell. Hope that helps!!

Not sure what you mean by "spots under the skin". I suffered with red patches, particularly from using products possibly with perfumes. For years I have relied on Cetaphil on face and body, but recently have tried Guarnier Nutrisse for my face, and I use the nighttime cream all day and under my make up. It is very moisturizing. Also, Neutrogena toner isn't too harsh. Try a good facial exfoliant also, and Guarnier makes a decent one as well, but I prefer Lancome's.
