Where is this block of flats in tv programmes?

It may have been asked before, but it's really puzzling me.
There is a London estate used in many tv shows on both BBC and ITV.
The flats are stepped. And they use the garages as well.
Most recent shows were last week's Trial and Retribution, and I think it was Primevil last night.

I blieve it is in west london somewhere, I think in the paddington area, but I am not sure. When built it was probably hailed as the future, but with all those alleys and so much underground, it is probably more like hell.
I could be London's Alexandra Road
