Where is this block of flats in tv programmes?

It may have been asked before, but it's really puzzling me.
There is a London estate used in many tv shows on both BBC and ITV.
The flats are stepped. And they use the garages as well.
Most recent shows were last week's Trial and Retribution, and I think it was Primevil last night.

I think it's the Jasmine Allen estate in The Bill, too. No idea where it is.

It wouldn't surprise me if it is a film set, much smaller than it appears on tv, owned by a locations company.
No, I think I know where you mean. There aren't any roads as such (for cars). I blieve it is in west london somewhere, I think in the paddington area, but I am not sure. When built it was probably hailed as the future, but with all those alleys and so much underground, it is probably more like hell.
