A good bra...
Im not sure if this is the right section to ask this, but anyways!
I'm a bra size 34DD, yet i can't stay in bra's! I ALWAYS end up with 4 boobs and it's starting to get embarresing. I have been measured several times, i have bought expensive bras from proper bra shops, but it still happens. I do admit that they are a bit saggy (prob cos i can't find a decent bloody bra!) but i dont know if that has anything to do with it. Does any one have any suggestions! Im getting paranoid about wearing tight tops cos of it!!!!

The best thing to do is to go into a shop and on try loads of bras in different sizes. You'll be surprised what a different size can do. I wore 36D for years, and it wasn't until I tried loads on in a determined effort to find something to fit me well, I discovered that 34DD is perfect!!
Another thing - always pay a bit more for a bra - and always try them on before you buy because cup sizes do vary between brands. Buy a good brand. Cheap never works - and for me, neither does M&S or any chain store brand.
Debenhams do quite a large range of branded bras, so it's a good place to pick a real assortment and have a try on session. Charnos are lovely, so pretty - and they fit really well, with ne're a saggy strap!! Good luck!

I'm a 36G and usually go and get them fitted in somewhere like M&S, Debenhams or Bravissimo.
Bra sizing differs like dress sizes between shops and brands.
Find some which do your size and you like, take them in and get measured and get them to fit the bra properly.
They often bring in different sizes to try on until one fits properly. I differ from a 38F to 36G and even other sizes depending on the bra.
They can also show you how to put the bra on properly, adjust straps etc...
Make sure that when you lift your arms up above your head there is no gap between the bra and your breast bone, there is not much of a gap between your back and it sits in the right place, not riding up or down and there is only a thumb's gap possible between your shoulders and bra strap.
Try bouncing up and down a bit, swinging from side to side and bending up and down to test the support.
When you put a bra on you should do the clasp up then bend down an dlet your boobs fall into the cups until they fit right before standing up and adjusting.
