Perhaps it is more to do with avoiding certain foods?
yes you need to keep careful note of what you eat and drink - everything. Then find out when yuo feel the bloating, cant be with absolutely everything. Then you know what to cut out.
pasta or wheat doesnt help. Try drinking white tea to detox
You need to do a detox. Get Carol Vorderman's book. Do it for a few weeks if you can, then gradually introduce ONE type of food that usually causes intolerances. Wheat often causes bloating, so that should be one thing you absolutely avoid on the detox and then see if you feel better. Dairy causes some people problems too, so see if you can avoid that. Then introduce one thing slowly. Come back on here if you want ideas of things to eat during the detox- going without bread is the hardest thing, but you soon learn to adapt and have Ryvita, rice cakes and oat cakes instead!

I think you need to see a Dr as it could be a symptom of several things. Don't worry, nothing serious but it could be a sign of Irritable Bowel Syndrome or Coeliac disease which both need managing, amongst other things.
yeah it cud be that u have ibs, as i get it with certain foods such as really spicy food, rice etc, and i look pregnant or look like i have a big huge tummy.
you have to see what flares it up then avoid them! i reccommend green tea, or orange pekoe by tetleys u can usually get it in homebargains 4 29p this really works a treat! highly reccomend it, but dont put milk in it or sugar it ruins the taste!
aloe vera juice from Holland and Barrets, sooths the lining of the stomach as does silica gel.
Get checked by a doctor first as a lot of stomach problems have these as symptoms.
Also keep a food diary..likely candidates are wheat, dairy, onions....
Also eat little and often, ditch the caffeine and no fizzy drinks.
