I have took KFC in before
Always, for two reasons:

1. Price - charges in cinemas are extortionate
2. Health - have you seen the size of the buckets of popcorn and fizzy, sugary drinks? - Enough calories to feed an active farm labourer for a week, not a coach potato for 90 minutes...
NB - that should read couch....
I usually buy a Toffee Crisp and sometimes a bottle of water. I have never even considered that I may be stopped - but the cinema management is within its rights to refuse admission for this reason. i think the gentleman was unlucky being searched, but the response was legitimate, and he should either accept the policy, or view elsewhere.

If i was stopped, I woul accept the situation, hand over my goodies, and go in without them - I can manage for a couple of hours without chocolate.
....nothing wrong with Kate Moss's knees Sarge............:o)))
.......sorry 4GS.............. got bored with that story..........got distracted by the Kate Moss one..................oops...........
i did last week, i stopped of at m&s and got some crisps and water cost me abot 2, would of cost at least a fiver for small popcorn and drink in there, rip off city!
Took my daughter last week and all in all to watch the film, popcorn, drink and a packet of minstels cost 22!

Rip off I think just to watch a film for 90 minutes
