I am just completing an Employee Survey, and one of the questions I am asked for my interpretation of 'Qualified Survival' but I dont really have a clue what this means.

Please can anyone explain what the phrase 'Qualified Survival' means?

Does it really say "what is your interpretation of qualified suvival"?
If the term has never been defined I'd just leave it blank - it seems a poor question.
Does it mean how long people do stay after qualifying?
