I'm a text addict! lol
I hate talking on the phone in English, as I always think I sound awkward....lol So I text instead, the written word is a lot easier for me. Doesn't mean I can't speak English, I'd like to think I'm fluent, but I'm shy with it I guess!

Yes i always reply when i have the time to. I have a friend that gets moody if i don't reply straight away, i've explained that sometimes i'm busy with the house and wee one and it's not always possible to text back straight away. I'm not being nasty ,just busy.

Am I polite?-yes.....I always answer and I get annoyed when people don't text back. But-if they did....i would be txting all day. As it is,I only text a couple of people regularly.

God, I text all the time LOL! I am a good text buddy to have! Some people are incredibly rude and dont answer texts and so I delete them!
