It is Rocky Mountain Thunder, He has won many titles and the Denver Bronco's won two back to back bowls in 1998-1999

The correct answer is Thunder of the Denver Broncos.  He did win a few of his own competitions, and the Broncos did win SuperBowl 32 & 33.  When you check the Denver Broncos website, make sure you don't go by the "fake" mascot, but the real life horse.  The horses real name, by the way, is J B Kobask, Thunder is his stage name.
