New hamster.

I've bought a gorgeous little black and white hamster today and we have decided to call him Derek! We also considered the names Harold and Trevor (my little man could only say feather though) lol . I think Derek suits him

If you bought a hamster, what would you call it? I'm open minded if i see a better name than Derek!

ahhh annie, thats quite sad. Kids always get bored of pets dont they, until they reach a certain age. i was the same.

hello megna lovely! Well my 16 year old has just come in and is utterly disgusted by the name Derek! LOL that seals it ! Its staying! No doubt if he had his own way it would be called 50cent or something equally crappy! ;-).
