Don't have many figures but for an example the budget for the US department of defense was �385.2 Billion as opposed to just �65.3 Billion for the department of health. The US doesnt have a public health system like we do in the UK. Its the same across many countries but as the US has one of the worlds biggest economies this will skew the figure somewhat.
