If you have been separated for longer than 5 years, how much does it cost to get divorced?

There is no finances involved but there is a child (all visitation and maintenance is already in place and has been for the 5 years)

Based on what you say, you can do it yourself. The cost would then be the Court fee. Go to your local County Court to get the forms and ask about the fee. If you need any help filling them in, the CAB should be able to advise you.
