looking for the name and the singer's name (female) of a song I use to hear on the radio in 1998. not country.  the girl sings some of these words from what I can remember. all summer long you made me high when I was down.. all summer long the city smiled when you were 'round.. now that summers gone I got to say something went wrong.. something feels wrong.. thats all i can remember!!  help me !! thank you
