yo mamma, just home for quick lunch

the rain hasnt come in today but bucket is at the ready, The Letting Agent has ignored all my phone calls and I have no idea what theyre gonna do about it, the 'handyman' who came last night took some of the window framing off and has left it unsecured, together with a pile of brick rubble, argghhh

an old cheapo repair on the outside of the wall looks like it may be at fault but - who knows what the powers that be will decide to do

Well weeal , that's not left you in a safe or satisfactory state at all , the letting agent will still want his money though I guess ! I do hope they sort it soon though as the gale force winds will be nasty , and what if it rains heavy again you poor wee lass . Hope to speak later after your day at work love :-) xxxxxx

They sent the handyman back out in daylight while i was at work, no sign of anything having being done, still a pile of rubble and webs !! no phone call, their office closed now.
Will have to pester them tomorrow, makes me appear like a right nag, but they are telling me nothing and leaving me stuck.
I am out tonight with work woo hoo - not like me. Catch u later on!
