i think women look sexy in highheels and i do like the idea of being one of them but is there anyway the heels canbe alittle less painful.

You can get gel thingys to put on the heel. I saw them in Tesco last week. They were around the �3:50 mark.
Party feet I think they are called - they are brilliant.
Party Feet definitely - they can make high heels bearable for hours.
Yep as the others said party feet are brill.
Plus try rubbing vaseline on your feet - know it sounds strange but it stops them rubbing!
Curiously, the height of the heel is not so important as the fit. I have some very smart "nose bleeders" that are far more comfortable than my more sensible choices. The most important thing is to make sure that the shoe bends the same place your foot does! Even if the fit feels okay, take care that you are not compensating for incorrect width by selecting a half size or more too long.

Very flat shoes can be just as bad for your feet as very high ones.

Tinksmum is correct, a well fitting pair of high heels will not be painful.

Quite honestly, I think high heels up to 3" can look lovely. At over that height they can make calf muscles look dreadful.
