Should we really be bending over backwards to help the population of Africa?

Millions of pounds are raised each year to send to Africa to save people who quite frankly won't make much of a contribution to their country or the world in general. The money would be much better spent putting our own house in order first.

Besides I think most of them would be better off being put out of their misery. Without the aid, more of them would die quicker thus making things easier for those who are left.

Just a thought.

Rather than putting the starving African people 'out of their misery' as you put it, I think the governments of these countries need to be sorted out!
