i had braised lambs hearts
stufed with spiced orange cranberry stuffing
and red wine gravy
and fluffy mash potatoes

tonight it is just
brie cheese on kracka wheat
oh and afew drinks of the girders xxxxxx

I was working 6-9 tonight, I had a bowl of bran flakes before i went and when i got back i had two pieces of toast with jam on them and a cup of hot milk!!!
