Clearning the outside of a white over

My white fronted double oven has yellowed on the handle - which is some sort of composite material. The rest of the oven is fine so don't want the expense of replacing it but the yellowing does not look good.

Does anyone have a sure fire and safe method of cleaning such an item. Would be very grateful!

The handle will be made of a heat-resistant plastic. If the yellowing is only on the surface, a good rub with a damp cloth and some Jif (Cif) should do it. If this doesn't work, you could try a heat-resistant spray paint. For an example, scroll to the bottom here.

you could try contacting manufacturer, quote model number and ask the price of new handle.
