Solve this equation 50 + 82 + 29 + 51 = ?

I have seen the answer as Pewter but can someone please explain why?

I don't profess to know the complete answer to this but pewter is made up of tin and copper and their atomic elements are tin = 50 and copper = 29. Maybe this will lead you in the right direction.
