i know prince harry is serving in kabul and good on him but did it really warrant taking up all the prime time evening news? did nothing else happen today?
How gullible joe public is. Harry poses with a gun in his hand, shooting off a few rounds (we are not shown what at!!). He is then shown walking with a sandy coloured brick wall behind him. Are we honestly to believe that "he" would be permitted to place himself in any danger? This is all done to justify the festooning of his uniform with dozens of medals on his return, a not very subtle attempt to win back favour after the Diana & Camillagate disasters. You can probably guess I am not a royalist but I suppose I am entitled to my opinion and if I had my way they would all be sent to Afghanistan or Iraq to see how the other half lives.
How true - 30 mins of Harry. What about all the other lads there, they are just as precious to their families as Harry is to his. And if the worst happened, it wouldnt be the end of the monarchy, there are plenty more in line to the throne. What a fuss over a young lad doing what he wants to do!
I noticed that he had a few digs at the press for "revealing" where he is. Well I'm sure that I'd put up with a bit of press intrusion in exchange for the millions that he's worth and the power that would come his way if his brother died before getting crowned.
He should stop whinging about his lot and accept that he's very. very priviliged.
