Hi All
I have recently started running and walking on a daily basis to increase my fitness levels. I would like to buy a device that tells me the distance, speed and how long I have ran/Walked for. Is there such a thing and if so, which is the best do you think?
Would be good if it could tell you how many Cals burnt as well!!!
I have of GPS and Heart monitor but don't really know what is my better option. xx

What you want is a pedometer. Available from most decent sports shops and many chemists. Does just what you say.
