toyota aygo 56reg wont start

i lost the for my 2006 reg toyota aygo so i replaced all the locks,barrel,transponder,ecu and immobiliser the central locking works but the car wont start, any knowledge or ideas would be welcomed.

Hi 'tontoboy' .........I guess it was the key that you lost. ,,did you take it back to Toyota to have the work done ? .......as I am sure you know when you insert the key it transmits a specific code to the immobiliser sytem to allow the engine to start ,,,,unless the key code and the immobiliser system are exactly matched the engine will not start. If you took the car to Toyota they would have checked this out.
