Filling in Forms

Do you agree filling in forms is a real pain
I have spent quite a lot of time today on a
passport renewal form for myself and a
drivers renewal for my husband I have been
studying a list of "portraits" of how I should
look on my passport photograph and I still
ended up looking like the bride of Frankenstein

The worst forms in history must be the ones you fill in for Disability Living Allowance. They aren't forms - they're booklets! I've had to help ever so many people to do them, because they get confusing with repeated questions and "time it takes" tasks calculated in minutes!!??
