I worked at a company which closed down at xmas We all got the redundancy owing the goverment one.We all have problem the emplyees which was in the pension which is the scottich widows we cant get anywhere what they are saying as the administrtaors have got to find a trustee.has anybody got any ideas as what we are supposed to do as sfter all it is our money.

If it's pension money you can't get your hands on it until you take retirement (unless you have paid les than 2 years' contributions), so although you obviously want to know what's happening, you are not losing out by a delay. These pmatters are complex. But Scottish Widows should be able to explain what''s happening. You could get a lawyer but I'm not sure it would help. Or try the pensions regulator.
