How do i contest a will? I have been left a share of my late mother's estate in a will along with 4 other's back in April 2007 but my eldest brother who is looking after the will says that i am no longer entitled to anything and as he his incharge i will get nothing. What steps do i need to take?

I assume your brother is teh executor- if so he has an obligation to carry out the will's instructions. If you take a copy to a solicitor they will advise
