I have been looking on the net because my son wants to change his surname. I know it can be done by deed poll but I have found several different sites offering deedpoll services. I would like to know where is the best place to go to change a name by deed poll.
He already uses another name and has done since he was 15 as has is younger brother wo has just turned 16 but he needs to get it legalised.

When I did it I used this service -

You fill the details in online and they send you the certificate to be signed and witnessed. I got mine through the next day and that was that!
