Starting from the minute you got up this morning list everything you have eaten.
Me....... 1 x banana 2 x crumpets with butter 1 x edam cheese slice with a couple of forkfulls of coleslaw 1 x pork chop with new potates and cauliflower cheese. 1 x Cadbury flake.
1) Left overs from last night (not gonna say what it was though). Coffee.
2) Cuppa soup and tea.
3) Low fat chocolate dessert.
4) Salmon en-croute with peas.
Breakfast - 2 eggs on 2 slices of multigrain toast.
Lunch - Bacon and avocado sandwich on malted bread and a blueberry muffin (courtesy of Stansted Airport coach station as I was waving my mother off to Heathrow).
Dinner - Tesco Finest chicken and bacon pasta bake with rustic rosemary & garlic flatbread.
About half an hour ago - 2 rum truffles and 2 mint chocolate holly leaves, handmade by my sister at Christmas, that I found in the back of the fridge!
Brekkie: slice homemade bread-toasted,small tin John West sardines,banana, two cups tea.......Late afternoon: Rice cakes spread with Flora& Marmite,small yoghurt, handful Butterkist popcorn.........Dinner: salmon fillet with soy sauce and balsamic vinegar,Roast Butternut squash,salad, mango.
