Why the exclamation mark, why would folk claim not to have received e-mails if it were not true? If you knew there were problems, why not bring it to wir attention months ago rather than put it in the FAQs?

How about ditching the new version of AB until you sort out the problems wi the users?

Even after three months, you have no idea what the solutions are or what resources are needed.
We've waited three months and we get wishy-washy vague statements and they can't even get the links to work, it sums up what's been going on or, rather, what's NOT .
TCL, I find that when new technology fails it's always best to fall back on tried and tested techniques from the past, so I am now sending all my posts on to AB in a cleft stick carried by a native bearer.
In 1977, NASA launched Voyager and included images and messages in various languages in case of contact wi aliens. I�m thinking of asking that they launch another one in the direction of AnswerBank HQ...
