my rights on sending a car back that is on finance, not yet made a payment, car is faulty. no brakes. nearly killed myself

Nowt to do with the finance company - go back to the garage you bought it from, your fight will be with them
It has absolutely everything to do with the finance company! They own the car until the car is paid for.
