HI,
I am trying to use my new webcam on Messenger. I have clicked on Start Video Call and the message I get is: "The Video Call failed because ******* is using a version of Messenger that does not support this feature."

I would be grateful if someone could advise what this means?

Do I need to upgrade the version of Messenger that i currently have?, If so how do I do that?

TIA

thats because the person you are trying to video call is using an old version of msn which doesnt support video calls
they need to upgrade to the new msn
:)
Do not know much about this, but it could be that your video, (if it's digital ), has too many bytes. this happens a lot on other printers etc. as they only support say 1gb.
This may be way off beam, but you never know.
