mamma, can i just ask for some advice?

Since i told Nat that i had no aches or pains earlier ive got a band of pain right round the bottom of my bump. But its not like a contraction, its been there for about an hour and a half and my bump is solid! Baby is wriggling a bit so i know its OK but just wondered if you had any idea?

I dont feel sick and have managed my lunch OK so i dont think its little CRXs sickness bug.

midwife just called back.

it could be that babys head is engaging and the pain subsides later.

or it could be that its a contraction of sorts and theyll change to regular at some point.

Glad you have spoken to her love , so you will just have to see which way it goes I guess hun , if the pain goes off once the babys head is fully engaged maybe you can get some rest . You will soon know if it's the start of things though as you will notice the contractions coming and going , as you know . xxxxxx

sorry mamma, i didnt come back on once i managed to relax and get rid of the aches. alls well this morning, no change.

little CRXs sickness went the other way (if you know what i mean) so i wonder if it is just the bug.
