The man with the sheep has big curly hair (like the sheep). The hyenas look like the people's shoulders they come up on. The lion looks like the woman on the bed. They are meant to be their "inner animal" or "happiness".
Took me 3 views before I "got" it. They make sense once you understand what they're getting at... kinda. Sadly, they crossed the fine line between "mysterious" and "obscure" by about 3 miles.
I agree. I have always associated hyenas with savage pack hunting attacks and scavenging. There is nothing funny or attractive about the animal and to try to draw a positive association with chocolate does not make any sense. Time fire your ad agency cadbury! I certainly won't be buying does chocolate or whatever they are advertising. Disturbing.
