Sleeping on my stomach in late pregnancy.
5 Answers
Is it safe to sleep on my stomach in late pregnancy? I have a big bump now but somehow can still lay on it although not completely flat. I'm worried about hurting baby as there won't be as much fluid around him and he was going crazy last night when I did it.
I'm 31 weeks.

I'm a firm believer that your body knows what to do instinctively and if it was bad for you then it would be uncomfortable! Every so often I would wake up laying on my back or, like you, more on my front (with weight on a bent leg), but now I can't even move when I am asleep which is prob best for me and bubs!
I am 37weeks now and am sleeping much better with the aid of a body pillow. When it was suggested to me I poo-pooed the idea and couldn't see the point, but through sheer desperation my hubby got me one and I have slept so much better since.
