what has made you pick up the phone or send an email to the AB Ed?

I never have and I was wondering why people contact them/him/her.

have sent e-mails when I was getting abuse. But never felt need to phone

I've never emailed and would definitely never phone.

ive emailed when 4get and some others have been stuck in dungeon when their only crime was that they pressed submit too many times.

ive emailed when ive seen some really bad abuse as theres no option to report a reply.

but I wouldnt phone, never felt the need.

oh, i assumed alot of people are in regular contact with them. I was just wondering wy, incase i was missing out on something ;-)

Dot gets regular emails from the ed.
Ive had a few maybe 5 or 6
ive called a few times.
Always gets things sorted if you call in the morning.
Afterall if they didntwant you to calll why would they put their number here saying

I find the direct approach works
i was banned and reinstated in under an hour after calling.
saves all the email song and dance.�


and isnt ab full of posts saying the ed ignores emails ?

seeems telephones only sensible route.

actually i was confirmed moderator
job doesnt start until after the easter holiday.
