i Recently heard a song on the Chris Evans Radio 2 show By Journey , the Lyrics are ,i think , Just a smalltown boy living in a lonely world , can anyone tell me the name of this song and the Album it comes from ,and any other good Journey songs , a lot i know but thanks for any help .

According to itunes this track is on two Journey 'best of ' compilations:
Greatest Hits and Esential Journey.
No doubt it was another album too- a google search wil surely find it
