My ex bought me a Laptop, and send it from Texas to Las Vegas. I said, since your going to file Bankruptcy on all of her cards, why can't I get one, she said OK. The reason for buying the Laptop was that she is going to file Bankruptcy after maxing out all of her credit cards, so there wasn't any mention of paying back. The other day, I called the Police to escort my stepdaughter out of my Apartment, at this Point she wanted the Money for the Laptop. She has no edvidence stating that I was going to pay her back, no email, nothing. This just happened the same day of me calling the Police. Just wondering what she could do, and her chances of getting the Laptop from me.
