Strawberry Tarts & Chocolate Covered Toffee Fingers at Tescos.
15 Answers
Now of late I have been quite vocal regarding the tescos finest strawberry tarts as well as they buy one get one free offer they're running on chocolate covered toffee fingers.
This afternoon I went to tescos and visited both the bakery and biscuits alse and I have come home empty handed.
Now I don't like to start rumours or view with suspican any of my fellow AB members but I think it's a bit of a coincidence that I can find neither strawberry tarts or fingers today don't you?
I'm watching you all. You've been warned. I expect to be able to find both tomorrow.

So I gave a quick call to my contact, Mr X, who shall we say, occupies a position of power in this particular retail establishment, and well! The rest is history.
He kept pointing at the date though, and invited me to dinner. Should I be worried? Anything for China, anyway. I shall grin and bear it.
Love,
M.

Gadzooks and damnation! Just walked up to my local Tesco Metro, determined to have a maple and pecan plait followed by a large butter croissant to be washed down with a cup of tea whilst listening to the first half of the Everton game and then do my packing whilst listening to the second half. I get there only to find the local tramp helping himself to the said pecan plait without using tongs and his minging coat draped all over them :-(
So I've just had a load of salt beef (warmed up) on white bread with a dash of pepper and a smidgeon English mustard.washed down with a cup of tea and a croissant.
I do like a story with a happy ending! ;-)
