i khow it's not a really good question but.

there are rumors of why harry have to go back everiyear to his aunt's house .my question why does he have to go back??

it's not a rumor it says why he have to go back in the 5 book .dumbledore explain it in the 5 book. but there is a rumor that says is because dudley is a wisard too and if aunt's harry throw (harry) of her haouse dudley is going to khow he is a wizard and his father too......i khow it's a little bit strange but it's just a rumor i heard

Because, when Aunt Petunia (Lillian sister) accepted Harry to live in her house, she made the house protected, having the same blood that Harry`s mom. So Dumbledore sand`s Harry to his aunt`s house to protect him from Voldemort (that can`t harm him in there), while his not under Hogwarts` protection.
