Omelette

My hubby pretty good at cooking, but every time he tries to make an omelette it comes out a splodgy mess. Any tips for him. Thanks, Jane

Stick it in the frypan under the grill to brown before serving.That should ensure that it is set.

Just thought I'd let you know that my omlettes are still rubbish. But the tip's people gave were very helpful I just can't flippin cook!!!!!!!

Hope you hubby has more luck with his omlette's than me.
